Yes climate changes have created new mental disorders. Hurricanes. Earthquakes. Tornadoes. Floods.
Just some of the horrors happening in the world.
Many people experience these horrors, the others simply hear about them in the news.
Often those who hear about them don’t know how it feels obviously. But just hearing about the horror still causes anxiety and other mental disorders.
The fear of these climate changes is becoming larger and larger. We all fear them in some ways. We hear about the warnings and we worry what the future will bring us.
Yes this fear has definitely created new mental disorders.
Many people now develop extreme fear, anxiety, or depression because of the hurricanes and earthquakes. People who live close to these places where these horrors often happen start to worry excessively. This is sure to cause anxiety.
They also can’t sleep at night thinking about them. Overthinking about them. Causing obsessive uncontrollable thoughts.
Fear of the end of the world.
This particulate fear is becoming common. People fear that the end of the world is coming, that these extreme climate changes, these catastrophes, are huge signs of our world ending for good.
In order to try to avoid this fear, in order to avoid being upset because of this, the best thing to do is to accept that these crises can happen in our lives.
The best thing to do is to accept that crises and climate changes are normal.
Thinking about the things that are not in your control will just increase your stress and tension. Focus only on what you can control.
Try to focus only on things where you can make a difference.
Climate changes have created new mental disorders and we need to do something about it. I also think the media is overdoing it with spreading panic.
