Many people experience these horrors, the others simply hear about them in the news. The fear of these climate changes is becoming larger and larger. We all fear them in some ways.
This fear has created new mental disorders.
Many people now develop extreme fear, anxiety, or depression because of the hurricanes and earthquakes. Many people can’t sleep at night thinking about them. Overthinking about them.
Fear of the end of the world
This particulate fear is becoming common. People fear that the end of the world is coming, that these extreme climate changes, these catastrophes, are huge signs of our world ending for good.
In order to try to avoid this fear, in order to avoid being upset because of this, the best thing to do is to accept that these crises can happen in our lives.
The best thing to do is to accept that crises and climate changes are normal.
Thinking about the things that are not in your control will just increase your stress and tension. Try to focus only on things where you can make a difference.
