Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you find it hard to concentrate? It could be that you are exhausted. Lets go over some warning signs that you are emotionally and mentally exhausted.
1. You are irritated easily.
Badly reacting towards any situation. No matter if its something serious or meaningless. You can’t calm down.
You feel hopeless day by day. The light at the end of the tunnel can not be seen for you.
2. Your motivation is at zero.
Feeling unmotivated. You can’t even do things you normally enjoy doing.
There is no point seen in anything for you. You have a pessimistic view of things where you find the reasons that things won’t work for anything.
Feeling that it will be a failure before you even start.
3. You experience anxiety attacks.
Your level of stress is higher than ever. It is important to always minimize stress as much as possible.
4. You have insomnia.
You have trouble falling asleep. Staying awake in bed for hours wondering about your problems.
You should leave the tomorrow’s problems to the tomorrow’s you. In this present moment you are free and deserve to relax.
5. You experience indigestion.
Yes this can also be one of the warning signs that you are emotionally and mentally exhausted.
You have a low-grade stomach ache or feel butterflies in it.
6. You cry unexpectedly.
Crying for no reason at all. Tears come out without you knowing why.
It is your body warning you that you are overdoing it and should stop in order to relax and recharge.
7. You feel empty.
You feel detached from reality without emotionally responding to anything.
Nothing affects you anymore and you see no meaning in anything. You are developing a form of depression.
If you feel these signs then you should probably take a day or two of from your activities.
